ATHENS – We barely got a good look at Todd Gurley this past Saturday against Troy. He played only the first two offensive possessions for the Bulldogs, piled up 73 yards on just six carries, and then he was gone. He sat on the bench and watched Sony Michel soak up the glory — and the touchdowns – the rest of the afternoon.

As Mark Richt gets his 14th season as Georgia’s football coach under way this week at the SEC Media Days, you carries another title with him to Birmingham.

You may have heard of his teammate — 5-star running back and UGA commitment Sony Michel. McKenzie projects as a wideout in college but also played running back in high school and showed tremendous versatility in the Under Armour All-America game. He had 24 yards of rushing on four carries as a [More]
